  • 1. Does the system allow for additional marketing?
     

    Should you require a new website, we can create a site with your own property feed directly from the Resort Worldwide Properties portal, so that it is fully integrated into the system (the cost can be spread over monthly payments to make it more affordable).   • 2. Is Resort Worldwide Properties part of a Real Estate Agency?
     

    Yes we are, and we have been in business since 1985, so we really know what we are talking about and certainly understand the needs of both the vendors and the buyers.

  • 3. How do I obtain more details about the properties listed for Sale?
     

    All the properties listed on our system can be printed off in either A4 or A3 brochures. If you require further information on any of the properties listed, all you need to do is email support@resortworldwideproperties.com and one of the support team will contact you directly.

  • 4. How do I Log in?
     

    After registering on our system, you will receive an email with your randomly generated log in details, as well as a link to the login page.

  • 5. How does the system improve productivity?
     

    It’s a complete property portal and CRM partner system that stores all your properties, all the vendors’ information and all of the buyer’s information, as well as all the notes relating to the properties and your customers. It can be securely logged into anywhere in the world and you can send properties directly to the customer from the site. It can also be used to create mailing lists for newsletters etc – everything in one secure place.

  • 6. What happens if I forget my password or username?
     

    No need to panic – if you forget your password or username to the system you can easily reset it through a link on the log-in page.

  • 7. Do I gain access to all the international property on the Resort Worldwide Properties website?
     

    Yes, you will have access to thousands of properties around the world, all of which you can earn commissions of between 1.75% and 5.25% should you generate a lead that evolves into a sale.

  • 1. Who do I Contact if I have any further problems?
     

    If you incur any problems – our technical support team is always on hand to help, simply email support@resortworldwideproperties.com and they will come back to you directly.

  • 2. How do I list property?
     

    After logging in you will see a property section in the menu. Click on “Add a Property” – this will create a fresh page for you to add a new property to list.
    Alternatively, you can automatically upload 100's of properties at once by using an XML feed.

  • 3. Do the prices come in Euros, Pounds and Dollars ?
     

    The simple answer is yes; we sell the properties in all 3 currencies – when you’re uploading a property and the price is uploaded into one of these currencies, our system will automatically calculate the current currency for the other two currencies and will continue to do so in line with live current financial markets, so the actual price in the three currencies is always correct and available for both your team and your clients.

  • 4. How do I send properties to customers?
     

    Once logged into the Property Partners System – when searching for properties, above each property you will see “add to property list” – this will add the property to the list being created specifically for that customer, you can then send the customer the whole list directly from the site.

  • 5. How do I log a customer details?
     

    When viewing the dashboard, you will see in the menu a ‘Clients’ section – when clicked, select ‘Add new Client’ – this will lead you to the form to add a new clients details.

  • 6. Is it easy to edit data?
     

    Yes, it is very simple to edit, across the whole system we have simplified the editing process to make them all very quick and easy to use. Should you incur any problems our support team are on hand support@resortworldwideproperties.com

  • 7. What does the ‘XLM feed’ mean?
     

    The XLM feed is a live data input that we use to upload all your current properties at once directly on to the networking and CRM portal.

  • 8. Would it affect my company’s website using an XLM feed?
     

    Not at all, rest assured the XLM feed will not affect your website, as it’s a feed that is only able to send information to our site, not the other way round.

  • 9. The properties that I have listed have not yet appeared on the system after adding my XLM feed?
     

    After adding your XLM feed – your properties will not instantly show on the site, it will take up to 24 hours before they are fully visible on the system.

  • 10. Is my log in accessible anywhere in the world?
     

    Yes, you can log in anywhere in the world via an internet connection.

  • 11. Is my data private?
     

    Yes, your data is 100% secure and only you and your team can access the data that you have stored.

  • 12. How do I log vendor’s details?
     

    The vendor’s details can be entered in the ‘Clients’ section with client type being ‘Owner’, – you will need to add the ‘Name’ and ‘Email Address’ before saving the owners/vendors details.

  • 13. Would I lose all my data if my computer crashed?
     

    No, all your data will be automatically saved on our server, subject to the ‘save’ button being pressed– any property that you have already uploaded onto the system will be stored on the system, despite any problems with your computer.

  • 14. How do I create a property sales brochure/window sheet (A4 & A3)?
     

    Adjacent to all your properties there are two boxes (A3) & (A4) – clicking on these boxes will automatically download a pdf version of the property sales brochure/window sheet.

  • 15. How do I upload my company’s details and logo?
     

    You can upload all your company information from the settings page.

  • 16. How do I choose the featured image of a property?
     

    By default, the featured image is the first one uploaded, but you can change it by clicking on the star icon under the picture you want to choose.

  • 1. Does the system work on mobiles?
     

    Yes our web app is fully responsive and easy to use on all devices, although it is not a mobile app, just a web app.
    The system works on Windows, IOS and Android.

  • 1. What do different login’s offer?
     

    Staff - add properties
    Sales - add and manage clients, search through properties
    Power User - manage both clients and properties, can see and manage leads
    Admin - same as power user + change company settings
